Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. All freebies and anything that was added extra for free must be in the package that is shipped back to us. You’ll also need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mazytherescuedpittie@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is torn, not what you wanted or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can not be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Canceling orders after purchase:

You may email or message us on Instagram or Facebook within 48 hours of purchase if you would like to cancel your order. Please state why you would like to cancel your order and provide your order number. Unfortunately if you do not message within 48 hours we can not cancel and refund your purchase. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded with store credit.  

TO COMPLETE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

1. Email us and state why you would like to return your item(s). 
2. Send your return items back to us. 

 

3. Once we receive your return(s), please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed. We will issue you a store credit. We do not refund or credit your original shipping charges, only the cost of the item itself. Once we reimburse you, we will email you a confirmation of your store credit. Store credit can be used on all items except preorder items and is valid to be used for 90 days.
