Bow Attachment:
Each bow tie and headband is attached to an elastic band that wraps around your pet's neck or head. Please measure your pet’s neck or head circumference using a flexible measuring tape or a string and ruler. To ensure the best fit, measure at least two or three times to ensure the elastic isn’t too tight or too loose.
